Friday, February 26th at 7:00pm @ Maxwell's

1039 Washington Street, Hoboken, New Jersey 07030

Come check out the CD release concert of HORSE FEATHERS & ANIMAL CRACKERS: A TRIBUTE TO QUEEN.  I'll be there with The Parkway Charlies, premiering our version of "Dragon Attack," which was released  in January 2010 on Main Man Records. More info: http://mainmanrecords.com/hfac.html

"Dragon Attack" is a way cool and WAY SEXY( never thought I'd be asked to pant on a record!!!) take on the original, and Matt and crew have pulled off another great track.  The rest of the set will include soon to be released tracks from PWC's debut album, BELIEVE IN SOUND.

Hear "Dragon Attack" on my Recent Works page, or go to The Parkway Charlies Myspace page at www.myspace.com/theparkwaycharlies.

SEPTEMBER 20, 2009 @ 8:30PM

The American CD release party for CIAO MY SHINING STAR-THE MUSIC OF MARK MULCAHY.  This is a great show at the Music Hall of Williamsburg on Sunday, September 20th, doors open at 7:30, starting at 8:30pm.

This is a benefit/tribute album to Mark Mulcahy of THE MIRACLE LEGION who lost his wife to a brain aneurism last year, leaving him to raise their twin daughters.

Please come support this cause and see some amazing artists.  The full bill is listed on Mark’s myspace page, but a few stellar folks to note are Frank Black of  the PIXIES, Joseph Arthur, David Berkeley, and the night will also feature the world premiere video of RADIOHEAD’s own Thom Yorke and his version of Miracle Legion's "All For The Best"! Other amazing artists not performing at the concert, but who contributed tracks to the album are Michael Stipe of REM, DINOSAUR JR, and Vic Chestnutt.

I will be there with THE PARKWAY CHARLIES, doing several songs including our track on the album “4:04”.  Check out my recent works page to hear it!

The cost is low too: only $20 for a great night of entertainment

SUMMER/EARLY FALL 2009

Release of long awaited debut album from The Parkway Charlies.  I had a blast working on this album, challenging my backing vocal chops with a wide range of style and sounds.   Loved working with the brilliant Matt Davis, fearless leader and fabulous songwriter!  Upcoming release and performances TBD.

MAY 29, 2009

Benefit concert for NaDeet  (www.nadeet.org) Greenwich, CT.

I’ll be singing and drumming alongside other artists, including cast members of “The Lion King”, to raise money for this amazing cause. Please check it out!

NaDEET is a non-profit Namibian organization established in 2003 by former Greenwich resident, Viktoria Paulick Keding. We believe that environmental education will increase awareness and knowledge, as well as promote eco-friendly attitudes and skills in Namibia’s youth and educators.

Our main program is Environmental Education at NaDEET Centre. NaDEET Centre offers week-long programs for students in the Namib Desert. The program aims to engage participants in sustainable living through first-hand learning and living experiences. Activities include solar cooking, water monitoring and saving techniques, and exploration of the Namib’s biodiversity and dune landscape. All student groups are accepted regardless of their ability to pay.

NaDEET strongly believes in the urgent need for all people to take action for the environment.

MAY 2009

Good Parenting Seal awarded by the Parental Wisdom Company to Pre-Natal Peace and Calming CD, recorded here in our studio.  The CD was written and performed by doula Jill Wodnick (www.montclairmaternity.com). I also composed and performed the sound therapy music for track 4, Jim and I did the editing and sound design, and the whole thing was engineered, mixed and mastered by Jim.  How cool is that??!!
