Lane is a New York based studio vocalist and session singer.  A craftsman of diverse style, Lane ranges from jazz to folk rock  to musical comedy to opera. An accomplished and formally trained musician, she brings to her work a long list of valuable skills including superb sight reading, a quick study, vocal arranging, music theory, composition, foreign language and a great ear for in-session creativity.   She also plays the piano, native drums and a variety of other instruments.

  Collaborating with her husband and engineer, Jim, Lane records from her home studio where she equally devotes time to writing and recording her original music. 

  She is internet ready and available for local and long distance projects.
